The surgery will re-open at 4.00pm although the telephone lines will remain closed until 8.00am Thursday morning. If you need to seek medical assistance during this time, please call NHS 111 or dial 999 for an emergency

When should I call 999?

If you require emergency treatment for a potentially life-threatening condition you should dial 999 and ask for the ambulance service.  The following conditions are considered potentially life-threatening:
Chest pain
Loss of consciousness
Breathing difficulties
Severe loss of blood.
Appletree Medical Practice is working as part of the Belper Primary Care Network (PCN) to provide extended access.
Appointments are available to book for a range of clinicians including Practice Nurse, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Practitioners, Counsellors, Pharmacists and GP appointments. All patients registered at one of the four Belper practices are able to book one of the extended access appointments.
