Our staff and volunteers are committed to helping you to understand your rights and responsibilities and the options available to you for resolving the issues that are concerning you.

Contact the Elderly is the only national charity solely dedicated to tackling loneliness and social isolation amongst older people, through regular face-to-face contact.

Walk Well Derby

If you would like to be more active and would like to walk as a group, please come along to one or more of the Walk Well walks.  There are six different walks each week and they are free to attend and last for between 30-90 minutes.  Most people should be able to participate, as long they do not have any significant mobility problems.

The Dove Service offers counselling and support to those struggling with the impact of bereavement, significant loss, or life changing/limiting illness.Our counselling services provide a safe, confidential environment to explore all aspects of loss.  We can work with you, whether you yourself are experiencing a loss or if you are struggling to cope with a loss involving your family, carers, a friend or something else that has impacted you personally.
 

Derbyshire Safe Place Scheme

The scheme aims to stop the bullying and abuse of people with learning disabilities across Derbyshire and help them feel safe and confident when out in the community
