Parking Camera

In early 2025, the surgery partnered with Creative Parking to address ongoing parking issues in our car park.

As part of this new system, an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) camera has been installed to monitor vehicles. Patients are now required to enter their car registration number on the tablet located in the surgery waiting room or within the pharmacy unit upon arrival.

Please note:

• The system allows 15 minutes of free parking.
• Any vehicle remaining in the car park beyond this time without a registered number plate will incur a parking fine.

This change was approved by our Patient Participation Group and introduced following feedback gathered in our annual patient survey.
