Welcome to Appletree Medical practice

Appletree Medical practice serves the whole of Duffield as well as the surrounding villages. We also have a branch surgery in the village of Little Eaton.

This website is for both existing patients and those considering registering with us. It informs you about the services we provide, how to access them and some general information about how the practice operates.

At Appletree we aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. We feel it is important you know who you are speaking to, so our practice staff wear a name badge and identify themselves on the telephone.

Appletree Patient Survey 2012

We are very keen to receive your views about the practice and invite you to complete a Patient Survey on line.

The results of the Survey will be fed into the Action Plan 2012 being developed by the Appletree Patient Participation Group (PPG), which will form the basis of a range of improvements to the way we deliver our services to you.

This year we are using the services of Electoral Reform Services Research (ERS:R)  to collect, collate and report the findings from our survey.  ERS:R is a highly reputable research organisation used by many household names, in both the private and public sectors, and will ensure that your feedback remains entirely non-attributable.
